  • 2 Large Eggs or 4 Large Egg Whites

  • 1 Large Egg White

  • 3/4 Cup Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Cheese or Any Other

Directions:

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet

  2. Chop the kale

  3. Reduce heat to medium

  4. Add salsa, pasta sauce, and chopped kale

  5. Mix ingredients in the skillet

  6. Add eggs or the egg whites

  7. Let it cook for a few minutes

  8. Sprinkle the cheese

  9. Continue to cook until cheese melts

  10. Top with whatever you want and serve
