Directions:

  1. Take out water from coconuts

  2. With a spoon, scoop out the coconut meat

  3. Clean coconut meat to remove brown or bad parts

  4. Rinse the coconut very well

  5. Put coconut meat to the blender

  6. Add a little bit of coconut water

  7. Blend until smooth

  8. When done, place blended coconut to a bowl

  9. Add probiotics

  10. Place a cheesecloth on top of the bowl to cover blended coconut

  11. Let it sit in a dark cool room for 12 hours

  12. Serve with your choice of fruits
