  • 1/2 extra firm tofu

  • 1/4 cup mushroom, sliced

  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sweet peppers, sliced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter

  • Salt

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and onion.

  3. Heat until slightly caramelized.

  4. Add sweet peppers and mushroom. Cook for 1 minute.

  5. Chop the 1/2 block of tofu and mix it into the skillet. Continue mixing until heated.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. You can add parsley and basil if you like.
