  • 2 medium bananas (peeled and frozen overnight)

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh mint, roughly chopped

  • 4 teabags of Den's Gemaicha green tea or any kind of green tea to your preference

  • 16-ounces of filtered water



  1. Peel and freeze bananas for 4 hours or overnight

  2. Add 16 oz water into a jar

  3. Add the tea bags into jar and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight

  4. Using a blender, blend fresh mint, frozen bananas, and ¼ cup steeped green tea on low-speed setting for about 1 minute

  5. Garnish with fresh mint and serve
