  • 3 Apples

  • 1/4 Cup Raisins

  • 1.5 ounces Rum

  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon




  1. Soak raisins in rum for 30 minutes to 2 hours

  2. Cut off the top of the apples deep into the core with a paring knife

  3. Fill apples with rum soaked raisins

  4. Drizzle a little bit of rum to the apples

  5. Sprinkle the apples with a dash of cinnamon

  6. Place in the microwave for about 5-7 minutes or until apples are fork tender

  7. Let apples cool before serving
