Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup almonds

  • 6 pitted dates

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

  • 1/2 cup grated carrots

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

  • pinch sea salt

  • 2 tbls melted coconut oil

  • cocoa powder

 

Directions:

  1. Powder the almonds with a grinder

  2. Blend the dates and coconut

  3. Add almonds, cinnamon, carrots, sea salt, and ground cloves in the blender

  4. Blend the ingredients again

  5. Add coconut oil and blend again

  6. Roll the mixture into small balls

  7. Optional: Roll into cocoa powder or toasted coconut

  8. Refrigerate balls before serving
