  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • 1 Cup of Oats

  • Choice of flavor enhancers (nuts, dried fruit, etc.)




  1. Put bananas and oats in a bowl

  2. Mash until smooth

  3. Once smooth, add flavor enhancer

  4. Grease your sheet tray

  5. Scoop a tablespoon of batter to the tray

  6. Bake in the oven at 350℉ for 15 minutes or until golden brown

  7. Let cookies cool before serving
