  • 5 eggs or 8 egg whites

  • 1-1 1/2 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder



  1. Whisk eggs with protein powder

  2. Grease pan with olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray

  3. Heat to medium heat

  4. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture into the pan at a time

  5. Swirl around to coat bottom of pan

  6. Spray with oil between each crepe

  7. Flip when small bubbles come out

  8. Cook the other side of the crepe for about 30 seconds

  9. Serve with any filling of your choice
