  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • 3 apples, chopped

  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • dash of ground nutmeg

  • dash of sea salt

  • 4 dates, chopped

  • ¼ cup ground pecans



  1. In a skillet, place coconut oil over medium heat

  2. Add all the remaining ingredients into the skillet

  3. Mix often

  4. Cook until very tender

  5. Serve immediately
