  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • garlic salt

  • pepper

  • rosemary and thyme blend (herbs de Provence)

Directions:

  1. Slice lemon into ½ inch wide slices

  2. Heat your pan on high

  3. Heat the olive oil in pan

  4. Once hot, put the chicken breasts on the pan

  5. Generously apply garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary, thyme blend

  6. Wait until one side is browned

  7. Flip the chicken breasts

  8. Apply garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary, thyme blend to the other side

  9. Once the other side is browned, top chicken breasts with lemon slices

  10. Turn heat to medium

  11. Cover pan with lid for 8 minutes

  12. Check if the insides of the chicken are no longer pink

  13. If they’re no longer pink turn off the heat

  14. Let the chicken sit for a few minutes

  15. Place dish on a plate and serve
