Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper

  2. Take the oil out of the giardiniera jar and discard

  3. Place Chicken to slow cooker

  4. Add the giardiniera and ¼ cup of water

  5. Cook for 5 hrs on low setting

  6. Shred the chicken with a fork

  7. You can eat it on its own or make a sandwich with it
