  • 1 lb tuna

  • ⅓ cup Filipino cane vinegar or any white vinegar

  • Squeeze of ½ lime or kalamansi

  • ¾ cup coconut milk

  • 1-2 Thai chilis, sliced

  • ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice tuna into small cubes

  2. Place tuna cubes into bowl

  3. Marinate with vinegar and lime juice for 5 minutes

  4. Drain liquid from bowl and set aside tuna

  5. In another bowl combine tuna with the other ingredients

  6. Garnish with cilantro and lime before serving
