Ingredients:

  • 500g (17 1/2 Oz) Beef, thinly sliced

  • 1 Brown onion cut into chunks

  • 1 Red bell pepper

  • 4 Cups of Broccoli florets

  • 2 cloves garlic crushed

  • 1 tsp. of ginger, minced

  • ¼ Cup Coconut Aminos

  • ¼ Cup water

  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut oil

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a wok or skillet

  2. Once hot add the beef and cook until browned

  3. Remove the beef from the pan

  4. In the same pan add the onion, bell pepper, broccoli

  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes while continually stirring

  6. Add the garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, water and the beef

  7. Season with salt and pepper

  8. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes

  9. Remove from heat and serve
