Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them very well

  2. Form 1 tbsp measure of meatballs

  3. Add 1 tbsp coconut oil in the frying pan

  4. Once the oil is hot place the meatballs in

  5. Cook until well browned

  6. Make sure you keep turning the meatballs while cooking

  7. Remove from the pan and serve
