  • 2 cups chickpeas, drained

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 400℉

  2. Rinse, drain and dry the chickpeas

  3. Place the chickpeas into the oven for 20 minutes

  4. Remove from chickpeas from oven

  5. Add olive oil and spices evenly

  6. Return the chickpeas in the oven for about 15 minutes or until nice and crisp

  7. Let it cool slightly before eating
