Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Almond Flour

  • 2 cups Tapioca Flour

  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoons Sea Salt

  • 8 Eggs

  • 1 cup Applesauce

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Combine first 4 ingredients and blend in a large bowl

  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients

  4. Add eggs and applesauce

  5. Stir until blended and lumps are dissolved

  6. Grease loaf pans or line with parchment paper

  7. Divide batter between the 2 pans to make loaves

  8. Bake for about 35-50 minutes or until a toothpick test comes out clean

  9. Loaves are good for 5-7 days in a ziplock bag

  10. You can also slice and freeze before toasting to serve
