  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp carrot, chopped

  • 1 tbsp onion, chopped

  • 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Crack eggs into mixing bowl

  2. Add milk and salt

  3. Combine ingredients by whisking

  4. Sieve the mixture to remove chalaza to produce perfect egg rolls

  5. Stir in carrot, spring onion, onion, and pepper

  6. Mix the ingredients together

  7. Grease frying pan with oil

  8. Pre-heat pan over low heat

  9. Once pan is hot enough, pour ½ egg mixture

  10. Cook until half done

  11. Roll the egg from the right halfway to the middle

  12. Place the omelet to the right edge of the pan

  13. You can always grease/add oil if there isn’t enough oil left

  14. Pour ¼ egg mixture to the left half of the pan

  15. Cook until half done and roll the omelet halfway to the middle again

  16. Move the omelet again to the right edge of the pan

  17. Then, pour the remaining egg mixture to the pan

  18. Cook until half done and roll the omelet completely

  19. Let the dish cool first

  20. Slice omelet into bite sized pieces and serve
