Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup toasted walnut halves

  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled

  • 2 Fresh Basil

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 of a Lemon (or 2 tbsp) Juice

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Take ¾ cup walnut halves and place them in the oven

  2. Bake walnuts for about 5 - 15 minutes at 350℉

  3. Slice lemon to get 2 tbsp juice

  4. Add walnuts and garlic to food processor

  5. Bolt for about 10 times

  6. Add basil, cilantro, and lemon juice to the mixture

  7. Blend ingredients together for a bit

  8. Slowly add olive oil while blending

  9. Scrape sides to incorporate fully the ingredients

  10. Add salt and pepper

  11. Blend one last time

  12. Use it on anything you like
