Ingredients:

    For Avocado Fries:

  • 2 Avocados

  • 1 1/2 Cups Bread Crumbs

  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice

    

For Spicy Aioli

  • 3/4 Cup  Mayo

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 Tbs Sriracha

  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all purpose flour with salt and pepper with a fork

  2. In a different bowl, mix bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper

  3. Add almond milk in a third bowl

  4. Slice avocados into fry like sizes

  5. Drizzle avocados with 1 tbsp lime juice

  6. Take an avocado fry, dip in the flour, the almond milk, and bread crumbs and place the avocado in a foiled sheet tray

  7. Do this for all the avocado strips

  8. Bake fries in a pre heated oven at 450℉ for 20 minutes

  9. Make sure to flip fries halfway through the baking process

  10. While cooling fries, make the spicy aioli

  11. Combine all aioli ingredients in a bowl

  12. Whisk ingredients until smooth

  13. Serve fries together with the aioli
