  • 1 Large carrot, chopped

  • 2 Celery stalks, sliced

  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 Cups Chicken stock

  • 2 Cups Wild Rice

  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley

  • 2 Tbsp Chicken base

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet

  2. Add onion and garlic, stirring them together

  3. Add carrots and celery

  4. Cook until carrots and celery are tender

  5. Add in chicken stock, rice mixture, chopped parsley and chicken base

  6. Heat until mixture boils

  7. Transfer mixture into a baking dish

  8. Cover the top of the baking dish with foil

  9. Cook in the oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes

  10. Serve
