  • 1 leek or onion, chopped

  • Butter

  • 6 large swiss chard leaves

  • Salt and pepper

  • 3 cups bone broth

  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Melt some butter in a pot

  2. Add leek or onion

  3. Saute until butter melts completely

  4. Add the swiss chard leaves without the stems

  5. Pour the bone broth

  6. Let the swiss chard leaves soak on the broth

  7. Cover pot with the lid for about 10 minutes

  8. Take the leaves out of the pot and transfer in a blender

  9. Blend the leaves until smooth

  10. Place blended swiss chard leaves on a pot in the stove

  11. Season with salt and pepper

  12. Let it simmer for a few minutes

  13. Turn the heat off and add milk

  14. Stir the soup a little

  15. Serve
