Ingredients:

1 leek or onion, chopped

Butter

6 large swiss chard leaves

Salt and pepper

3 cups bone broth

2 cups milk
Directions:

Melt some butter in a pot

Add leek or onion

Saute until butter melts completely

Add the swiss chard leaves without the stems

Pour the bone broth

Let the swiss chard leaves soak on the broth

Cover pot with the lid for about 10 minutes

Take the leaves out of the pot and transfer in a blender

Blend the leaves until smooth

Place blended swiss chard leaves on a pot in the stove

Season with salt and pepper

Let it simmer for a few minutes

Turn the heat off and add milk

Stir the soup a little
