Directions:

  1. With a grater, grate zucchini in a bowl

  2. Add garlic, green onion, and egg to the bowl

  3. Mix the ingredients together until consistency is thick

  4. Check if you would need to add another egg or add more zucchini

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste

  6. Grease pan with butter

  7. Pour a palm size amount into a hot pan

  8. Cook for a few minutes until light golden brown

  9. Flip over to finish cooking

  10. Serve
