Directions:

  1. Hard boil the eggs

  2. Let eggs cool

  3. Slice eggs in half vertically

  4. Scoop out the egg yolks into a separate bowl

  5. Place egg whites in your serving plate

  6. Place egg yolks in a bowl

  7. In the same bowl add the avocado, salt, and oil

  8. Mash ingredients in the bowl together

  9. Take the mixture and scoop on to the egg whites

  10. Sprinkle with paprika and serve
