Directions:

  1. Chop bacon slices

  2. Fry chopped bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat

  3. Remove bacon from heat

  4. Add vinegar, lemon and mustard

  5. Then toss with spinach

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  7. Add olive oil to have extra fat

  8. Serve and enjoy
