Directions:

  1. Thinly slice each vegetable

  2. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl

  3. Lightly coat with coconut oil and sprinkle with salt

  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees

  6. Flip vegetables halfway through baking process

  7. Take out of the oven and let sit for a couple of minutes

  8. Test to see if chips are crispy if not, cook a little bit further in the oven

  9. Serve
