Ingredients:

  • 5 pounds spaghetti squash

  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoon fresh chopped basil

  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉

  2. Cut the spaghetti squash into 2 and scrape the seeds

  3. Place squash into a foiled sheet tray

  4. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper

  5. Pour one cup of water in the tray

  6. Put in oven for about 60 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Use fork to scrape out the inside of the squash. If it’s difficult, cook for a little bit more.

  8. Put the spaghetti squash in a big bowl. Mix in the tomatoes, basil, and olive oil.
