The carbs, fat and protein in food. When consumed appropriately, macros have the ability to burn fat and build muscle.

Getting the Correct Macros With Lean Body Mass

Most CrossFit macro calculators base your results off of total body weight which can over or under estimate your macros. This often leads to unwanted weight gain. Instead, you want to fuel your lean body mass for success.

Lean mass = body weight - body fat
